Finally, take Carol. Carol was a Facebook strategist who had no pre-existing audience and became completely debt-free using the strategies I am going to share with you.

And I’d love to help you too, but first let’s dive into the 4 most important things you need to know to simplify your business, get more time off, experience more freedom, and earn more profit.

#1: Minimum Viable Offer

First, let’s discuss a $6-15K minimum viable offer. (If you have something right now that is over $15K, I’ll address that in a moment.) The common $6-15K offer mistakes I’ve seen coaches and consultants make again and again are:

    • Undervaluing their pricing
    • Misunderstanding the position of their market
    • A habit of selling to low energy clients

When you are pricing your offer, consider if your client took your advice and did everything you said, how much value would that generate for them over the course of one year? Then price your offer at 10% of that total value.

Market positioning is so important, if you’re selling a low offer, you’re going to attract clients with low energy and mindset. If you’re going to buy a phone, car, watch, whatever – low pricing of those objects communicates that it is a lower quality item. In the same way, if your offer is low, people don’t think you are the real deal, or they don’t believe you can provide the transformation you are promising. You know you can, because you’ve already been transformed by what you’ve learned! So keep your pricing at least in the $6-15K range or above!

Minimum Viable Offer means your offer includes only the minimum required to bring the transformation your clients need. Don’t fall into the trap of overcomplicating offers with tons of bells and whistles. This overwhelms prospects and kills sales opportunities. The principle “less is more” is true when it comes to offers.

Junaid is a great example of this. Junaid does incredible studio production work, he actually helped me build the studio I am standing in right now! When I met Junaid he had no preexisting audience, but once he clarified and simplified his offer and figured out how to price it he found great success.

Minimum viable offers are simple, straight to the point, and they get the result that your client is looking for.

#2: Scalable Delivery

Second thing you need to know is how to have scalable delivery. You need to have something that allows you to scale up your expertise and sell it for 10x the return, but it also needs to allow you to deliver that program in 10% of the time. Otherwise, your coaching/consulting 1-on-1 and done-for-you services will continue taking more time than you want for the income you’re getting in return.

Let’s clarify a few false beliefs around the 1-on-1 offer. First is “I can help more in 1-on-1.” Believe it or not, when you are doing 1-on-1 services, you’re not helping more, you’re just giving more. The second is, “my client will get more in 1-on-1 than in groups.” Adults who are paying real money for a program will lean in, and the group model actually provides more accountability for everyone to do the work than in the 1-on-1 model. Group learners are actually more driven!

A 10x scaled plan needs to have some key categories to work. First, a scalable, done-with-you group. You’re going through the process with them, teaching them what steps to take and helping them to take action as they go. Second, you need a community for connection and support. Groups, when built correctly, very naturally become self-sustaining communities that provide so much more energy, impact, accountability, and support than you could ever offer your clients on your own. Finally, when you have a group of 10 clients, you can meet with them together once or twice a week instead of meeting with each of them individually once or twice a week.

Let’s talk continuous vs. traditional learning. Traditional learning, which is a lot of 1-on-1 time, provides growth at first and then tapers off. The track to become an expert is relatively slow compared to the continuous learning model. Groups use the continuous learning model really well. That’s why so many therapists offer group counseling now, and why so many group coaching programs are so wildly successful because groups transform people faster when done correctly. When someone is put into a group, their learning curve goes way up and they change and become experts 5x faster!

#3: Scalable Relationships

Relationships are key when selling high-ticket offers. High-ticket clients buy relationships, simplicity, and value. People who buy your $6-15K+ model are buying because of a relational connection. They want simplicity, they’ve already tried things, they’ve worked hard, they need the transformation. Finally, they want the value – make sure your clients understand this is the real thing and that you actually deliver it.

Let’s talk organization before automation. Stay simple when reaching out and starting relationships – it does not have to be complicated. You don’t need a funnel, an ad budget, or a podcast. You just need relationships. You don’t need a hundred people to join your mastermind, you need 5-20 people. So lean in, and build the relationships, stay organized as you do this, then automate once you have a process that works. Remember, it’s just as hard to sell a $47 offer as it is to sell a $47,000 offer. So, start at the top of the value ladder, prove your process organically, then automate.

#4: Repeatable Sales Process

Fourth and final key thing you need to be successful with this is having a repeatable sales process. A coach once told me something that’s stuck with me, he said, “If you don’t have a way to predictably generate on-profile leads, you don’t have a business, you’re just getting lucky.” You need to have a process where you know what’s working and what’s not. You need benchmarks, a conversion rate, and ranges of where you should be so you know what to repeat and what to change. I want you to have a business. Sales is sales, if you see a client who needs your help and you can help them – offer.

Finally, you need a process. Filling up a sales calendar, if you do it right, works. You’ll fill up one group, then the next group and finally you might need to hire a sales person to help you and they will need to be trained. Having a process is critical for your scalable growth.
