Let’s be honest, before “Success” there was failure…
Lots of failure…
AND confusion, overwhelm, fear, anxiety, embarrassment, exhaustion, shame, imposter syndrome and…
even a little hope.
Well, to save you and me a lot of time, let’s fast forward through the dozens of business ideas that either completely did not work or never really worked well enough to keep pursuing. Hey, I’m not here to impress you… it’s an unfortunately common startup story.
Eventually, I started getting traction as an entrepreneur. Things started to look up. I figured out marketing and sales, started uncovering the power of systems and learning how to succeed with a few key team members. Our business was growing and my time was becoming FREE! Every entrepreneur’s dream!
Funny thing about success. Once you find it, everyone else wants to know where you found it. The odd thing is that most successful people don’t know where they found their success.
For many of us, success just happens over years of hard work, sleepless nights and maxing out our credit cards.
But when people started asking me why I was successful (making money and not working very much) I decided to look back and figure it out.
Looking back is harder than I thought it would be. It took months of going back through old documents, emails, failed projects, websites that I shutdown and sales conversations I never closed before I realized the common themes that made me successful.
It became crystal clear. I was able to tell people over a cup of coffee or lunch exactly why my success worked the way it did.
And then… People started paying me for that information!
At that point I really thought I was something. I was getting paid to help others succeed. I was getting paid for my expertise. I was getting paid as an authority. That felt good! But it also took a lot of time.
Before long I was working 14 to 16 hour days, again.
The money was better than ever, but the freedom was gone.
For five years I tried all sorts of info based products and services just trying to impart my knowledge and expertise to those who wanted more without having to spend my time doing it. I completely failed at every attempt.
I gave up after $100,000 in ad spend and thousands of hours between me and my team trying to crack the code.
Then, one day, I was a student, in an invitation only, high-ticket mastermind in Boise, Idaho.
I paid “new car money” to be in a group of truly wonderful, digital entrepreneurs who were selling millions per year in info products.

I built my first mastermind. Within 7 weeks of launching my first group with only 7 members paying $5,000 per person, I got to be part of 7 life-changing stories I will never forget. Those people changed their lives, changed their businesses and changed, most importantly, themselves.
